Chapter One - The World Beyond the Hills

Spears of Redriver is a short story series, with new parts being released monthly. 


Chapter One - Parts one and two: Carthus, a young orphan trained to be a warrior like his father before him, is considered one of the best Maeli in his clan. However, he is forced to run for his life, along with two of his closest friends, for winning a sanctioned duel. They travel from the foothills they grew up in, deeper into dwarven territory. 


What awaits them as they carve a name for themselves in their search for freedom, glory, and a place to call their own?
